All feedback will be kept for a period of up to 3 years.  Kirsty Matheson Art will then securely dispose of your information.  Kirsty Matheson Art will only retain financial information pertaining to any freelancer/contractor as advised by financial advisors.  Once this is no longer required, Kirsty Matheson Art will securely dispose of your information.  Kirsty Matheson Art will maintain a mailing list which will be updated at request.
